      Good for some people but not all! Think very carefully before you apply, you could end up with no job even if you get in

      Pros

      Work for the best companies in the world, very easy recruitment process, gain good qualification, and meet a lot of people just out of university.

      Cons

      No pay until you are sent on client site, which can be more then the agreed 6 months. Management is selective on who they send on interviews. You might have to wait a long time before you get placed anywhere.

      Pros

      There is an opportunity to travel and work in different offices around the world. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Management recognises your hard work. Each office and various departments work very well together - there is no 'them and us' culture! There are firmwide socials. Unique business model which makes for an interesting and different place to work. Opportunity for growth and development in your career. Hard work is rewarded and you are recognised and respected by all employees in the company.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a 'con' as FDM has taught me a lot and I really enjoy comming to work every day!
