There really isn't much here to put in the pros column.

Cons

Their "training" is forcing you to watch linkedin learning and then using their test as your exam. The 2 year contract is BRUTAL and the pay is barely liveable. So many consultants get let go because sales generates so few possibilities. Go anywhere else.

Pros

Structured training program covering Java, Spring Boot, React, and industry best practices like SOLID principles and design patterns. Good for fresh graduates who need foundational technical skills. Remote working arrangement is flexible.

Cons

Consultants are marketed to clients as experienced developers, but training alone does not match the level clients expect in interviews. Low base salary compared to direct-hire junior roles. Getting placed with a client depends heavily on timing and availability rather than skill match. Limited professional growth if not placed quickly. Consultants face termination if not placed with a client within approximately 6-7 months, which adds pressure to an already challenging placement process that is largely outside the consultant's control.
