Pros

Can lead you to work for top Fintech and Banking Companies

Cons

HR processes/investigations are not on your side. If you have an account manager who routinely throws you under the bus in favor of the client despite the clients misgivings, there's no investigation into their wrong doings. It's a "business decision". Prospective Consultants should document all processes and report.

Pros

The company has a really good training programme, They will teach you a lot and give you the skills you need to land a well paying job. They put you working with clients such as Bank of Ireland and Citygroup

Cons

Their courses are extremely intense. You will be working overtime during training and won't get paid for it. You could be doing up to 4 hours overtime each day. The salary is very poor, 20k per annum during training, 29k per annum during your first year after training, 32k per annum during your second year. Training typically takes about 10 weeks.
