You will be treated like a product. You dont get to say. Scaring penalty fees will keep you with them for 2 years.

- Transparent and relatively competitive compensation package. But it only happens after you get placed... - Good networking opportunity, able to meet peers who shares similar core value

Cons

When the market is silent, you have no say. Two scenarios: - Accept their arrangement, go to somewhere you don't like. - No interview if you are not cooperated, they will find some excuse to force you quit
