      Pros

      The trainers make FDM tolerable. I feel bad that they have to work at such a terrible work environment because they do their best to make FDM a better place.

      Cons

      Everything: being treated like a child, being patronised, poor salary, HR are inflexible, management are blinded by their "success" and making money, communication between sales and Mounties is poor, no flexibility, no structure if you aren't placed
