We take all comments seriously so I would like to address some of your points: - Communication and synergy between teams can always be improved and we strive for continuous development in this area. The account managers work very hard to find great placements for all of our trainees, but perhaps more team building activities should be implemented. - We do our very best to match the specialties and preferences of our Consultants with the opportunities available. The nature of consulting work does require some flexibility in role assignments, which is why we are fully transparent of our geographic flexibility requirements up front. - We make the terms of the salary and contract as transparent as possible throughout the entire process so it doesn’t surprise anyone. While the rate may seem low, it’s important to remember that you are not just doing a job, but receiving high quality training in both professional and technical skills, job placement assistance through our Careers Programme, and access to a network of industry leaders – all things that are invaluable at the start of your career. We are constantly improving and adapting it based on the latest demands and technologies in the industry, and our multiple clients agree that it is a crucial part of the FDM model. They on-board FDM Consultants because they know that they will be trained to the highest standard – not something you can get from YouTube. - As previously mentioned, these final two points are transparent from the assessment stage, and we allow a two week grace period before fully committing to the programme so you can make sure it is for you.
