A Toxic Culture That Stifles Growth and Rewards Nepotis
Pros
Despite its sleek office spaces, budget constraints have forced the company to sell locations worldwide, resorting to temporary setups like rented hotel spaces and other short-term accommodations.
Cons
I worked at FDM Group for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Despite years of dedication, I received little to no recognition, and salary increases were practically nonexistent. The company claims to value its technical staff, yet in reality, we were treated as expendable rather than respected professionals. One of the biggest issues is the rampant nepotism within internal teams—if you're not part of the "family," career progression is nearly impossible. Favoritism drives promotions rather than merit or hard work. Additionally, I witnessed discriminatory behavior toward my Asian colleagues, which was deeply concerning and unacceptable. Leadership, particularly the COO, lacks the vision and integrity needed to create a fair and inclusive environment. If you're a tech professional looking for a company that will invest in you, recognise your efforts, and offer real career growth, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
