FEMSA is a very noble company that really cares about its employees. It has fantastic benefits for you and your family. FEMSA is also a solid company with amazing values that are truly lived inside and outside its fences. Another great thing is its presence in different countries. You usually get to work with people from all over Latin America.

Cons

It is very traditional and sometimes slow in making changes. It is very hierarchical so moving up the ladder can be hard. Most people are expected to be workaholics.
