FEMSA's employees get outstanding benefits and many opportunities for building up a career . It's great to see female leadership thrive in the company. Also, FEMSA has great corporate values, being a family-led company, being very protective of its employees.

Cons

Salaries are not precisely the most attractive ones, unless you're working on finance or strategic planning. There are also huge opportunities to take on talent retention and promotion on the company.
