This is a really nice building, good benifits (which have been decreasing every year) Really nice people to work with that care about the company. Some Managers will work with you and assist you, other will not.

Cons

Pay is lagging year over year and we expect another 1-2% raise his year after work hard to exceed all goals for our department. MBO's - AIC's have all but been removed and advancement is non-existent. Funny, if you need a raise in my department, cry to our manager and he will give you a raise even if you dont deserve it!

Interesting loads and some of the people were friendly.

Cons

Dispatch was less than good for solo 53'trailer, gave me straight truck loads. Load offers were not complete information for HOS. Messed up my pay from beginning. Company is actually wanting teams not solos.

Was able to see all of the lower 48 of the US and a great deal of Canada. Meeting people across the country and experiencing different lifestyles in different regions.

Cons

Sitting for long periods of time (in excess of 3 days or longer) where you don't have any loads so you're not making money. Recently, low rates have made it very difficult to make a living.
