Pros
Great place to learn a skill. Shipping Discount Merchandise discounts Portable Pension plan and free coffee. Direct Management is generally okay
Cons
Lack of respect for employees at remote work sites. If you are not in Memphis or Colorado Springs forget about promotions. In my 15 years only 2 employees made it past manager and only 10 made it to manager. Frequent purges of senior exempt employees to avoid paying pensions. Anti work attitude by senior management. Lots of promises, few deliveries. Often senior management takes credit for their employees ideas and successes.
