literally the worst place ive ever worked - the only thing that kept me around was my pay and my immediate manager. leadership is horrible and they refuse to progress to the current demands of the market. they promote individuals to leadership positions that are incapable of leading. no room for career growth. if you dont suck up to leadership, you probably will eventually be exited out.

Less compensation. We need to work with 100s of vendors. Every manager has around 50 vendors reporting to them. Not a good work style
