      Pros

      Driver pay is great, when busy plenty of overtime. Great job if your looking for local work.

      Cons

      When slow will be asked to work in warehouse more than driving, getting out past 7pm isn’t a lot of people’s cup of tea.

      Pay is fair for the location. 2 weeks paid vacation. Paid holidays. Health ins is fair.

      Cons

      11-12+ hour work days. High turnover in management. Your told what shift to work. It could change at the drop of a hat. Not easy to take lunch breaks for salary employees. Mandatory occasional weekend meetings. Have received a bonus in a few years as where hourly continuously gets theirs.
