Working with fedex you are able to transfer nationwide. Annual raises, full benefits, 401k, opportunities for overtime depending on business, opportunities for advancement, paid training.

Cons

Problems aren't corrected, dangerous people aren't removed or corrected, equipment is broken majority of the time, management doesn't care to fix issues, no co-operation between shifts, advancement is who you know and years of waiting or moving to be a le to advance

The management team is awesome and understanding. Great atmosphere for the most part. Quarterly bonuses are always awesome.

Cons

Office staff who’ve been working there for years tend to be catty, and make you feel less then. Getting hired as full time is near impossible.
