Personable and professional coworkers who work hard and share good values Really great bosses who train, support you, communicate with you, set good expectations and boundaries, respect you, treat you with dignity and fairness, while still being warm and inviting Stellar culture Clean work environment Good technology (the laptops aren't too old, VPNs in place, software is up-to-date, etc) Great benefits Good onboarding and clear expectations Mostly excellent operations Lots of resources for training & development Lots of room for growth

Cons

Not sure. Pay isn't the best for this particular role, and it takes a while to start getting vacation pay.
