Benefits are really good. Hourly pay is good if you chose the dock or driver positions

Cons

Management is poor a really high turnover rate they can never keep leadership. Front line supervisor are overworked and underpaid with no support from upper management.

Co workers are great people thats about it.

Cons

Managment is dysfunctional. Line haul opportunities arent available because of seniority. It would take 4 years before you get an opportunity. Then you sit on extra board for 10 years

The money is really the only thing good about it.

Cons

They reward poor work ethic while demeaning the good, they rather fire someone who gets sick a lot than someone who literally runs 0 freight and starts fights with supervisors doing their jobs....also the forklifts stay in poor condition which makes the job so much more difficult.
