      Pros

      - high wages for a job where no degree is needed. - Started out at 14.76 ended up with 16.66 in less than a year - Great pension and health benefits

      Cons

      - TERRIBLE, I mean TERRIBLE freight. Good luck handling anything through fedex freight without it being a disaster - hours were gross, didn't even get a set schedule. - management treated you like crap (not all). - Working at a service center, where Freight had to be "perfect"

      Very strong company you can make a good career working for Fedex Nice coworkers good equipment nice we need a better retirement compensation we have been number one people number one drivers we should be number one page number one compensation in the number one company number one across the board service career

      The road probably get shortage round holidays only get paid for eight hours should get they Linehaul pay for that day holiday pay our run pay should be our holiday pay

      Pay is great. Good benefits and retirement. Training is top notch.

      Cons

      Drivers vs Supervisors vs Management, there is zero teamwork between those job classes. Most of the great paying work is 3rd shift. No social life.
