      If you were good at your job you could create shorter days for yourself. 401K matched 3% and yearly bonus

      Cons

      Upper management didn't care about Supervisors, even if they did a great job they would fire you instead of working with you.

      Small office, friendly people, everyone was easy to get along with, cool bosses, job was very straight-forward, bonuses, employee appreciation

      Cons

      It gets really slow during the winter months... other than that I can't think of anything else bad.

      Excellent pay, lower management treats everyone great, good schedule. Most things about the company are great. Overall satisfied with the company

      Cons

      Equipment isn't always in the greatest shape, sometimes we run out of supplies and have to make due. District management seems to only be focused on numbers, and it takes away from employee moral often
