The pay is good. The equipment is well-maintained for the most part.
Cons
The pay is good, but the hours vary greatly. They also make you re-bid every few months so your shift might be removed or filled before you can get in it again, or you might be on-call or stuck working the dock until the next bid. Someone will usually take your bid truck on your day off and mess up everything and there's never any accountability for stolen items.
