      Pros

      Being employed. There are decent wages and benefits, but expect to be used up.

      Cons

      As mentioned in other posts, long hours expected. If you are salaried you can expect to work a minimum 10-hour day without any type of break including meal breaks. You are also expected to come in on weekend days to perform functions that you can not possibly squeeze in on a regular work day. Abuse of salaried-exempt employees is the norm working for this company, the company will squeeze you for everything you'v got and want even more.

      Pros

      Good pay, not very hard job, ask for help and you will get it.

      Cons

      Hours worked depends on how much freight is coming in and going out. I would get a call the that I was suppose and told not to come in usually about 1hr - 30mn before your shift would start. On some of the days that I worked it only be for about 2 or 3 hrs. I was averaging about 15hrs a week. Make sure a second source of income

      Pros

      Great Equipment. Good pay, especially for someone who is just starting out. Part-time employees get a great amount of hours. Excellent advancement opportunities!

      Cons

      Usually if your starting out your gonna get the worst hours available. That's normal wherever you work though, and if your lucky and work at a big terminal you'll move up quickly.
