Pros

Great pay and benefits. Great place to get a CDL. They pay you while you learn. I started on the dock loading trucks and made it into the driver training program two months later. If you are motivated and a hard worker you should able to do the same. They make you hustle, but they really do put safety first.

Cons

You have to put in some time to get any kind of a choice on your route. Before you bid on a route you just go wherever they send you. Your start time can vary too.

It's a great part time job for anyone trying to make great extra cash. It's also near my place of residence.

Cons

They really don't have a lot of room for full time and if they do you have to be with the company for at least 2 years to be considered!
