Pros
I really enjoyed the people I worked with at my center. I was only part-time, but it was nice to build relationships that still last even though I've since moved on.
Cons
Downside is that moving up (or getting a full-time position) was very difficult. You had to be willing to relocate to have a chance at success. As a result, we had 3 Operations Managers transition during my short time there-- each time to pursue better opportunities internally.
