Company has good benefits and is a solid company to work for in the Transportation industry.

Cons

Diversity is a real problem, communication is lacking, advancement opps are not for everyone, no real performance evals. no real understanding or communication in regards to your performance often surprised at the end of the year appraisal. Finance department in general is all male.

Weekly pay. Shifts fly by. Work and go home. Great benefits. Coworkers are helpful.

Cons

Good pay but not full-time hours. Monday night through Saturday morning is not ideal for me. Stuck on third shift.
