Great pay benefits keep going up every.

FedEx freight in Kent WA. Is the worst.The local management are a bunch of idiot's they constantly lie to their employees. The regional HR people really are not any better. And god for bid you ever get hurt on the job you get thrown away like an old shoe after 10 years on the job. FedEx freight discriminates against workers and WILL not offer reasonable accommodation to employee's. Read my book "FedEx freight beyond the surface". It tell it all it's available through amazon.

Forklifts are The Greatest

Pros

Generous pay, quarterly raises, as many hours as you want, left alone as long as you're fast enough and don't break freight.

Cons

Busted forklifts blamed on dock workers (why punish us? More freight gets damaged if our fork's brakes don't work and our tires are shredded)

This company is going to be around forever and it's a descent place to work. Great benefits and 401K match.

Cons

Hours are the biggest draw back for this company...I currently work 2am to 11am which is rough on the family life.
