      Pros

      Being employed. There are decent wages and benefits, but expect to be used up.

      Cons

      As mentioned in other posts, long hours expected. If you are salaried you can expect to work a minimum 10-hour day without any type of break including meal breaks. You are also expected to come in on weekend days to perform functions that you can not possibly squeeze in on a regular work day. Abuse of salaried-exempt employees is the norm working for this company, the company will squeeze you for everything you'v got and want even more.

      Pros

      Pays well if your on a good run 401 match 3% if you put 6% mostly good newer equipment unless it breaks down shop is a joke

      Cons

      You gonna start on night turn... and if your center is like mine after 10 years you'll still be on night turn Bid vacation by seniority so if your on the bottom hope you enjoy vacationing in February Getting any day off approved before the day of is almost impossible Health insurance is awful $2500 deductible They cut the 401k match to 3% back in 09 was 7% 60+ hour weeks

      Great benefits! Hard working dock and office personnel. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Hours not distributed properly, You need to be in supervisors list of friends to get hours. Supervisors don't have equal rights.
