Pros

Great hours. Go in early get out early and have the rest of the day to yourself. Management flexible with school schedule and allowed me to get my hours every week. Insurance is reasonable 401k...I love this job.

Cons

Fast paced, high turnover, but other than that, none to speak of. I love this job one hundred percent.

High starting pay, good benefits, 401k, co-workers are easy to work with, etc.

Cons

It's really hard to get enough hours. They don't usually allow dock workers to work full time and NO overtime is allowed, so I'm now searching for a second job just to make ends meet.

Benefits for part time. Schedule wasn't bad. Got a lot of exercise. Can be fun Lots of room for growth but You have to put your time in.

Cons

Management was awful, probably the worst I've ever experienced. The dock air is heavy and filled with tire dust.
