Could be decent if they'd properly staff the centers.
Pros
Good job for learning the stresses and demands of a salaried leadership position. Benefits are good. Good co-workers.
Cons
Decent pay, but does not match the work. When broken down, supervisors make less per hour than those they supervise. (and that's only considering the hours you are scheduled to work) Rather than hiring, they make salaried employees work longer days to cover for missing employees with absolutely no recognition or extra pay. (Paid for "50 hr week" and you eventually begin to view a 50 hr week as a gift from above.) Seems as though they feel that we're getting by like this, so why hire more? You don't know you're working a 12-16 hr day until your scheduled 10 hrs are almost over. Call in sick one time and you are belittled and insulted over the phone, along with having your job threatened. Push safety and quality all the while telling you to push your employees almost to the breaking point because they are not moving fast enough.
