Everything is unorganized and no one seems to know what they're doing. The dock is the worst. You may have to load your own trailer but no forklift maybe available to load it. You may have an early appointment time that they loaded in the nose.

The pay varies based on location although you’re doing the same job with the same company 😡 with no clear reason for the disparity. The company has gotten too corporate and missing what use to be more employee friendly. Although it’s the same company, each location seems to operate based on a set a rules designated by the current manager in place at the time. Don’t get me started with the insurance!!
