Pros

Relaxed corporate environment, no cut-throat competition to move up the ladder, casual dress code, new corporate headquarters

Cons

Most of the VPs and above have followed the same path to the top. They may have little formal education, but their experience in the stores is considered to be the key to making strategic decisions. Some are out of their element. These same people control the hiring at the director level, and they often move field leaders to the corporate office. It is difficult to get promoted to director if you are already working in the corporate office.

Pros

Great benefits if you are full time. Great company incentives. Good staff.

Cons

The management here is very unprofessional and lacks the decision power as well as the power of team work. Lack of training leads you to stumble with the 1000 procedures they have and they expect 100% to follow them. The communication from the management is zero and so its like a blind leading a blind. Your mistakes are crimes and leads you to notices very fast. The faster you can grow the faster you can be kicked out too. No healthy

Pros

Fast paced environment, experience/development in printing/ production, discounted shipping and printing. Hours of operation is diverse to meet many needs.

Cons

They hire assistant managers and above from outside the company. The pay is low. Bonus program is awful. No room for advancement. They are not loyal to tenured employees from the Kinko's era (they make quite a bit more, they are pushed out). They will hire anyone, this is a problem because a majority of the position is very technical and not everyone can be thrown in and keep quality standards high. In my case I was a 7 year employee that was not given advancement, but was required to train new hires and management.
