All of the operating companies are independent and marketing as bundled solution causes some problems . They Micro manage employees and have a very unfair review process . They treat people as if they own you . Very long hours , don't respect your personal life and time . Their systems for account management have no integrity and are full of flaws . Many of their mid to upper management are entrenched and cover for one another . Lots of dead wood in the Ground and express side of things

Friendly employees, ability to move up in the company (advance), pretty reasonable wage, and positive energy throughout.

Cons

No Overtime. Management implements a lot of new ideas to improve various parts of the job before comprehending if the previous idea/change had a good success rate. They are constantly changing something which forces you to pick up on new rules/regulations pretty rapidly. I've watched numerous managers and Team Members walk away from the company because of this. Company is all about "We Listen" surveys.
