Pros

They have the best people to work with, which is the only reason I have stayed. I'm not sure how they hired such amazing people/hard workers for poor pay.

Cons

Under paid, over-worked, unappreciated of extreme efforts, and constant changes to your daily work that make your job more difficult! They are believe in constant changes because there's endless ways to improve a process, which is great and totally understandable but they will rip away all your resources you need for your job and add another 5 steps to your day to day process but of coarse expect more work out of you! The ONLY way to get a "decent" raise is a promotion. Very high turn around rate, so we're always short staffed and still expected to have the same high production rate.

Pros

Wonderful management team. Dynamic team (district flows as one and works together constantly) lots of store-to-store interaction. Wealth of resources and tools for learning and knowledge growth. Flexible scheduling and time off. Honesty throughout hiring process. JOB SECURITY

Cons

Training is 80% up to you. If you're the kind of person that needs to be walked through everything step by step until you're comfortable, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. Watch and learn. Dive in, make mistakes, and learn from them.

Pros

Great place if you enjoy interacting with the public and working in a fast paced environment. A large number of very tenured team members.

Cons

Work-Life Balance does not exist for Tier 3 managers. Payroll budget does not reflect staffing needs which results in team members and managers dealing with unbearable workloads. Pay does not compensate for expectations and tasks unless you have been with the company for several years. Not much opportunity for advancement unless you are willing and able to relocate. Upper management and executives are invisible. They need to get out and visit centers, speak with managers and team members, experience first hand what it is like to be responsible for a center. Human Resources lacks empathy and follow up to grievances.
