Decent pay, better than minimum wage, will work you a lot of hours if full time or dedicated part timers. Good benefits package.

Cons

management could care less about your concerns, expects you to take care of your own training and to learn everything on your own. Lead consultants are unprofessional and get special treatment. Written policies are not followed or when they are its because you did something wrong. Leads are hypercritical and almost every employee is self centered and concerned about their well being only.

Lots of online learning tools to increase knowledge of software and management, Opportunities to become an autodidact in many areas of technology, I would recommend to a friend who knows nothing about technology but wants to learn more

Cons

Support from managers varies by center, Managers are routinely hounded by district managers when neither one understands the market, Expect too much with some of the cheapest tools available, Create a terrible atmosphere of competition between centers, Not conducive to change or thinking outside the box, Corporation owns any intellectual property created with very little payout ($800) for what you have created
