Pros

FedEx has a great benefit plan including: health care dental life insurance tuition reimbursement discounted shipping rates

Cons

The hours are completely unworkable if you want to have a life. To get any sort of normal schedule, you have to have quite a bit of seniority. The pay is pretty poor for what you need to know for the position. If you aren't good with computers and formatting, this job especially isn't for you. There is no proper hands on training program. You are sent to do a bunch of computer modules that don't teach you much. When it comes down to it, you're just kind of thrown into the mix and expected to pick it up.

Pros

Start pay is at least over $10 per hour. Worth it when nights are slow.

Cons

Aside from the few people who demand that you drop everything to help them in self serve. Your coworkers who take large job orders then dump them upon you. The people who call and feel that gives them precedent over people who are physically in the store.

Cons

Can be difficult to move up the ranks but if you work hard enough it's very very possible and not far fetched
