      If you know the rules inside and out it will work to your advantage when you must call a DM out on their nonsense. Decent pay for retail.

      Cons

      Staffing budgets are ridiculously low, FedEx Office has to many money grabs and slooow technology. MD is always this fictitious monster that you will always be looked down from. DM's appear that they just started working for the company every visit with silly irrational ideas with one goal.....look aligned to the almighty MD.....the god of gods.

      Some useful production skills are learned. Otherwise, I'm really struggling to find anything.

      Cons

      Inept, self-serving managers, brain dead senior management, no work life balance, poor salaries, limited advancement. Blatant favoritism.

      Experience varies greatly depending on management, only "promotes from within" for lower level positions then tends to hire external candidates for store management
