Coworkers (well it really depends on whose at that store with you) Workflow- time moves fast when your working Knowledge- you learn a lot on document creation side and using printers and office type equipment

Pros

They will provide you with a card with money for you to take the transit if you do not have a car. Some managers will do what they can to help you get promoted when you want. There are people in your store as well as in your district that are genuinely happy to help you and answer any questions you may have. They will also help you do mock interviews if you want to get promoted.

Cons

If you work in a small district there won't be much movement for you to promote. New employees make more than the older employees. Some district managers will tell you to give the customer what they want so that their managers won't have to hear the complaints. They will say it is not your money. Some District managers will move you and only give you a week's notice and will put you on a final if you tell them that you do not want to.
