      Good products, potential to move up in company. Decent benefits. Always ask for a high, high wage. If they want you they will pay you.

      High stress, unorganized company, constant change meaning no consistent strategy or convictions. Cover up previous management mistakes.

      There is room for Growth you just have to want it. they have great benefits, you can always get hours if your willing to work at others stores sometimes. if you like to always have something to do this is the job for you not lazy people, and if you have computer knowledge that's a plus.

      Cons

      You have to be able to deal with rushes of people ,phone calls, management that knows less than you.
