Great customers and coworkers. Great training and advancement opportunities. Good pay when you negotiate your worth with a ungreedy manager.

Cons

Our center manager is nonexistent. He tallies his bonuses, underpays staff drastically, can't even speak to staff has assistant do it, changes schedule to met his needs, does not take care of employees at all, extremely selfish and greedy, not sure how company this size allows him to have a store, it's not for leadership skills, that's why our location has a revolving door.

Cons

The hours are completely unworkable if you want to have a life. To get any sort of normal schedule, you have to have quite a bit of seniority. The pay is pretty poor for what you need to know for the position. If you aren't good with computers and formatting, this job especially isn't for you. There is no proper hands on training program. You are sent to do a bunch of computer modules that don't teach you much. When it comes down to it, you're just kind of thrown into the mix and expected to pick it up.
