Pros

Being part of the larger FedEx group gives you access to their benefits and possibility for a chance to access other job opportunities.

Cons

So intent on cutting salaries that they undermine the core philosophy of the "Purple Promise" which states, " I will make every customer experience outstanding." Just not enough staff to adequately give good customer service. This results in undue stress on the entire staff. You really feel that you are being taken advantage of.

Cons

The cons are the pay structure, and poor leadership at the district level. Locally, it seems that management has lost touch with what FedEx Office does well, and is overly concerned with efficiency as opposed to a quality product.
