      Wonderful opportunities, yet expectations required under the hours allowed are not reasonable

      Very communicative company, fair, large networking ability company wide

      Cons

      Too many compliance and metric goals, which seemingly change daily. Not realistic from a Tier 3 management level to complete required tasks, with 2 1/2 team members and do this in a 40 hour work week. If you have OT, you get performance counseling.

      Great Benefits Great people in the organization (not all, but many) Potentially great everyday work experience

      Cons

      Payroll slashed every fiscal year and sometimes even more during the year Too many KPIs (30 some metrics?!?) Too much middle management between corporate and centers
