Pros
Not a bad work environment to be in and it appeals to your creative side when processing print jobs for customers so it never gets to mundane.
Cons
Low pay grades especially for those who've been working for the company for awhile. on top of low pay grades hours are cut back been 25 to 35 hours way to often. People depend on study paychecks to handle personal business can't do this with low pay grade and cutting hours too.
