Pros
never boring, nice people to work with. My person manager works with the team on scheduling which is great. District mamager shows favoritism and is either unable or unwilling to give support when asked. HR is a joke if you have a grievance
Cons
High turnover because wages are low compared to skills needed and company expectations. Systems dont work well, computers freeze, making it difficult to work. Management manages from a punitive, negative point of view that creats discontentment in staff.
