Pros

A solid training organization has been built. . Great people in the field. Employees who are dedicated and passionate. Amazing focus on Customer Service. Very smart and talented field employees. New marketing programs, tools and resources now being offered.

Cons

Promotions based more on who you know and the good old boys network. Play golf with the right people and your going to move up fast. Senior Leadership is out of touch with the field. Mission statement says People First but in reality they are just words on a website. Lack of diversity a real concern and turnover rates on the rise again.

Pros

Good opportunity for a first time job seeker to get your feet wet and also experience customer service. Good opportunity to learn on the job. Also if you take initiative the opportunity for a management position is great.

Cons

Not focusing on the long term goal but rather short term. The pay is not great and possible the cause of the big job turnover. The type of customer can be challenging to deal with as they often require jobs done yesterday.

Pros

The people you work with are smart and competent

Cons

Hiring freeze has caused the technical support call center to be severely under-staffed with no signs of improvement in the future. So when the average hold time for someone calling in is over 4 minutes, we are no longer allowed to actually troubleshoot any problems, we have to escalate all of those calls to the self-serve call back group who will get to the problem 48 hours later. It's frustrating when you know you're able to solve a problem someone is having, but aren't allowed to help that person just so an arbitrary service level agreement can be met.
