Capped bonuses - the manager and the installer all make more money than the ESC and even when you’re the one closing the sales. Your bonuses are calculated off your performance from the year prior so you are actually hurting yourself if you way outperform yourself because the bonus is capped and it isn’t very good. You are dealing with too many managers including people who work for the hotel. There weren’t enough installers and it was unreliable which makes you look bad. The time commitment and the work did not equal the pay.
