Pros

the pay is decent ($11/hr), the managers are pretty cool, minimal amount of stress, and it's a good job to have if you want to stay in shape

Cons

pay seems not worth all the physical labor, some managers can be very unprofessional, the benefits dont kick in untill working there for almost more than half a year, high risk of injury from falling boxes

Benefits, great pay, career advancement.

Cons

Classical Management, Mass Communication, and HR is only a way to encourage you to work harder. Uncertain of why they have them. I feel that the interview process is not based on how well you do on the interview but unethically chosen from a favorite worker they have. I went out for a package handler trainer position, and one of the managers through the grapevine said that the guy that got the job did horrible in the interview. Also i don't understand how someone gets a promotion with a horrible criminal background???

great cook outs you get paid weekly and very nice insurance for only working 4hr a day. it will be a great second job or nice to have while you are a student in college.

Cons

some driver's treat you like dirt they swear at you and the managers don't say a word to them b/c there is no union at fed ex.
