      Can move horizontally/vertically, they choose their company leaders bottom - up, have an amount provided every year for you to pursue different courses.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not fabulous.

      Ability to work from home and flexible sick time policy

      Cons

      Limited vacation (2 weeks when you start). Little room for advancement unless you have worked for the company for 20+ years. Very top-down management environment although they say they are an Agile environment.
