      Has great work life balance

      Cons

      Moving laterally through departments does not give you a raise. Even if the department is a higher paying department. You can only get a max raise of 10% when moving up.

      Lost sight of what employees want, took away incentives to want to do better. Great company just seems lost management wise right now.
