I have worked at several locations at my current 11 years, and the one things that all of them have in common is that the ramp agents are abused on a daily basis. As a ramp agent your are responsible for running the sort and have almost 4 pages of job responsibilities for a whopping 15:85 an hour starting with a 30 cent raise every year. You are responsible for keeping handlers in line, but you can't fire or discipline them but you are responsible for their actions and held 100% accountable.

PSP can be shortened to BS. Management at all levels are out of touch and do not care about their employees. Policies are in place to kill your spirit. I do not know one hourly employee who has worked here for more than a year who likes this place.
