Pros

The pay rate is generous, advancement is actually possible, and the healthcare benefits for working at FedEx are numerous and incredibly useful.

Cons

The fact that upper-level management continues to misunderstand what is actually necessary to make the job function effectively has led to significant staff shortages. Shortages create even worse issues as time goes on, leading to significant amounts of burnout among employees. Combined with a steady decrease in morale due to management decisions, training for positions taking sometimes months for classes to even open, and managers either jumping ship, stepping down, or purposefully sabotaging those beneath them, it makes an already difficult job all the more depressing.
