      Pros

      Work with a limited amount of talented, hard working and fun people. Most hourly employees are some of the laziest people you will ever meet. But hey, they get the same raise you do so whatever.

      Cons

      PSP can be shortened to BS. Management at all levels are out of touch and do not care about their employees. Policies are in place to kill your spirit. I do not know one hourly employee who has worked here for more than a year who likes this place.

      the people and the freedom of make my on mistakes and learning by them.

      Cons

      pic a manger on his or her abilities to deal with people because that's what make the company run to make a profit. they go on how much schooling had if you can do the administration work. If you don't have good people skills then your people wont do the job to the best of their abilities. A good manger wants there people to exceed .

      Pros

      Excellent company that has stood the test of time and shows no signs of wavering. Very fair, most interviews for internal jobs are point-based so that personal opinion does not play a part in who is hired.

      Cons

      Start at the bottom and be prepared to work hard for all that you earn. Everybody working with the company has been there for a long time, don't hold your breath while trying to earn seniority.
