Pros

Excellent company that has stood the test of time and shows no signs of wavering. Very fair, most interviews for internal jobs are point-based so that personal opinion does not play a part in who is hired.

Cons

Start at the bottom and be prepared to work hard for all that you earn. Everybody working with the company has been there for a long time, don't hold your breath while trying to earn seniority.
